Delivery
We aim to have orders dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks from order placement (unless otherwise advised on website prior to purchase). Where possible a tracking reference number will be emailed to you by the appointed courier. Please do not accept goods that appear to have been damaged in transit.

For international delivery please be aware that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes which will need to be paid before it can be released for delivery.

We are unable to provide any indication as to whether a customs charge will be applied and, if so, what the cost of this will be as this is a decision which is made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country.

Please note we are located in the Central Belt of Scotland, if you are nearby you can arrange for FREE pick up.
